Eagle

Eagle’s Nest Estates is an aviation community located 22 miles south of Dallas near the town of Midlothian.  88 lots share a lighted concrete runway with a connecting concrete taxiway.

We work together to keep the runway, taxiway and common areas in top condition.  We play together by participating in parties, picnics, fly outs, dine outs and other interests of a wide variety.  We look out after one another, respect each other and enjoy each others’ company.

 The Neighborhood

We are a wide range of people from newly weds to retired couples who love airplanes.  Backgrounds vary from executives and retired executives of major corporations to average working families.  As might be expected, there are more than a few professional pilots.  We all share a love of airplanes, flying and fun.

 Architecture is Diverse but tasteful

Lots of different styles and designs avoids the “North Dallas Special” look.

New homes are going up all the time

All lots are sold, but there are some re-sale lots and homes available. See the Forum page for homes for sale.
